Why tequila might be better than wine in the long run….

 

 

“Tequila appears to help with weight loss because of the agavins in it – a form of natural sugar that doesn’t raise blood sugar levels. Many of the calories pass through the system, rather than being absorbed. It has to be clear tequila, not the darker-colored variety. It also stimulates the metabolism and helps to dissolve fat. Be careful not to drink too much and remember that it’s not a miracle drink. It’s still alcohol, which isn’t good for you.”
